In fact, the nipple is the central projection coming out of the areola. Milk comes out of the nipple while breastfeeding. Additionally, the nipple also gets erect when a woman is feeling cold or stimulated.
A breast augmentation does not really affect the areolar complex and the nipple and you may not notice any significant change in the size or shape.

Reverse Inversions
